The Surgeons as Leaders program, offered by the American College of Surgeons (ACS), is an annual, dynamic three-day course for surgeons of all backgrounds and specialties who currently serve in leadership positions or aspire to such positions, and who seek to enhance their leadership skills across a wide variety of settings, from operating room to boardroom
